Property management is more than collecting rent. It means responding to tenant concerns, keeping records organised, coordinating repairs and following through when something needs attention.

Schneidereit Realty grew from founder Maryju N. Schneidereit’s experience owning, leasing and managing properties in the Philippines while living abroad. That experience taught her how important dependable local coordination and clear communication are to an owner.

We understand the practical questions: Why is there no water at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday? What needs repairing? Is the quotation reasonable? Who will check that the work is completed?

Our approach starts with understanding your property, its current tenancy and the responsibilities you want us to handle. We agree on spending approvals, communication and reporting so you know what to expect.

From routine administration to concerns that need your decision, we pay attention to the details, including small maintenance issues that can cause bigger damage if left unattended. Sometimes, it starts with tightening a loose screw.

Our primary service area is Metro Manila. Properties elsewhere are considered depending on location and available local support.

We Understand What Ownership Requires.

Every property has different needs. We agree on the responsibilities, approval limits and reporting arrangements before management begins. Your scope may include:

Your Priorities. A Clear Plan.

Before You Get Started.

Let’s Discuss Your Property.

Tell us about your property, its current occupancy and the support you need. We’ll review your inquiry, discuss the management scope and provide a quotation before work begins.
