Services / Buying & Selling

Buying or selling a property starts with understanding what matters to you, the property itself and the market around it.

Schneidereit Realty helps buyers find suitable properties and owners prepare for a sale. We coordinate inquiries, viewings, negotiations and transaction requirements, keeping you informed from the first discussion to the handover.

Your Next Move.

Carefully Considered.

For sellers, a property may represent years of investment, personal memories or the next step in a bigger plan. For buyers, it means committing money to a home, an investment or a business location.

Schneidereit Realty grew from founder Maryju N. Schneidereit’s experience owning, leasing and managing properties in the Philippines while living abroad. That practical experience, together with her qualifications as a licensed real estate broker and appraiser, shapes how we approach each transaction.

We understand the questions behind the decision: Is the asking price supported by the market? Does this property suit my plans? What documents are available? What costs and responsibilities should we clarify before proceeding?

For sellers, we review the property, discuss pricing and prepare an approach to presenting it to prospective buyers. For buyers, we start with your requirements, budget and intended use, then help you assess suitable options.

Our approach combines practical experience, thoughtful analysis and clear communication. Offers and key decisions remain yours, with our coordination helping you move through the process.
