Personal Experience.

Professional Purpose.

Schneidereit Realty grew from firsthand involvement in property investment, leasing and day-to-day management. Working through tenant concerns, maintenance decisions, property documents and development projects brought a practical understanding of what it takes to look after a property beyond its purchase.

Managing properties in the Philippines while living abroad also shaped our perspective. It reinforced the importance of dependable coordination, clear updates and careful follow-through, especially when an owner cannot be there in person.

That experience developed into a broader professional purpose. Founder Maryju N. Schneidereit pursued formal education in Real Estate Management and earned her licenses as a real estate broker and appraiser, building on her background in business and legal management.

Today, Schneidereit Realty brings that practical foundation to appraisal, advisory, property management, leasing and brokerage. Our approach remains personal: understand the property, understand the priorities and give the details the attention they deserve.

Maryju N. Schneidereit

Maryju N. Schneidereit is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser whose experience spans property investment, leasing, management, appraisal and property development projects. Her work brings an investor’s perspective to the practical questions of value, cost, upkeep and long-term use.

With academic qualifications in Real Estate Management, Big Data & Business Analytics, Legal Management and a Master of Business Administration, she combines research and analysis with practical experience.

She takes a particular interest in investigating property details, organising information and turning findings into clear explanations that clients can use.
